My Concentration for AP Art was basically people eating/drinking. Every piece was tied together with red/yellow (which have been scientifically proven to induce hunger, or so I've heard) and complimentary color schemes. Also, shapes. Yeah. Another main idea was that they would be people from different countries.
This one is Alaska. He's got some fish. End of story.
The fish seem a bit rough around the edges compared to the rest of the piece. I'm not sure if that's what you were going for, but it seems a tiny bit messy because of that..
I assume you're pursuing graphic design? If so, very nice. You seem to have a solid grasp on composition, which, of course, is invaluable.
Overall, very nice. The movement of the lines is very bold and fun without being too distracting, and the colours work extremely well together!

UGH Alaska sucks. Basically the Russian population took over the native population. You should have drawn an angry russian in a car yelling at somebody.
All the girls wear skirts, so we call them easy access.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
The Cutting Edge is a weekly article that features brand new selected high quality art products that caught our eyes. Check out the cutting edge prints some of your fellow artists have submitted in the past week!

Totally sweet. I really like the colors. They really pop out. And the fishes are awesome.

...excitement abounds.
But for some reason thinking "Alaska" gave me more inspiration than thinking "Antarctica", so thus the credit and title goes to Alaska.
But thanks for liking it, and also for the fave :3
